Debbie MacPherson Atelier offers free delivery to the UK & Ireland on orders over £50.00. For items under £50.00 please see the individual product page for delivery costs.
I want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% happy for any reason, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 1803 414080 to arrange your refund or exchange.
Please check the individual product pages for delivery times, some items will take longer than others to arrive with you depending on stock levels and making time. We will notify you by email when your item has been dispatched.
All our products over £50.00 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you would like to use an alternative courier, this must be stated at time of order. Extra costs may be incurred as a result.
Occasionally (usually during peak periods) products ordered may be temporarily out of stock. If this should occur, I will notify you as soon as possible to see if you would like to wait for the product to be made, wish to order an alternative, or cancel your order.
For all international orders, please get in touch before placing your order to receive a delivery quote. If your order is placed before requesting a quote, an additional invoice will be sent to your registered email address via Paypal.
Due to the UK's exit from the European Union, many European countries are now imposing an import tax when purchasing from the UK. To avoid a surprise charge when your item reaches it's destination please check your local import tax regulations before ordering as we are not able to calculate this when you purchase and cannot take responsibility as charges are down to the individual country.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, goods can be exchanged or refunded if returned in an unused and undamaged condition. Please let me know if you wish to return or exchange up to 28 days following delivery.
If a refund is issued please allow 7-10 days processing time for the payment to be refunded back onto the card you paid with.
Returns apply to stock items only, as BESPOKE & PERSONALISED ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FOUND TO BE FAULTY.
Whilst I endeavour to source the highest quality fittings and closures these are manufactured by a third party, therefore, I am unable to guarantee their longevity. Due to this issue I guarantee to replace any faulty fittings within 18 months of purchase free of charge with either the same fitting or a replacement fitting if the original one is no longer available nor fit for purpose. This guarantee only applies to broken/damaged fittings that deem the item no longer fit for purpose, it does not apply to general wear and tear such as marks or scratches.
I have every confidence in my craftsmanship and believe that your item will last many years, however if any faults occur with your item I guarantee that I will repair leather items free of charge up to 18 months after purchase. This guarantee only applies to faults that deem the item no longer fit for purpose, such as faulty stitching, it does not apply to general wear and tear such as marks or scratches. Please note that this guarantee applies only to items above £100.00 in value.
Whilst I would be happy to repair any item beyond 18 months, further charges may be incurred (subject to viewing upon receipt).
Please note that I will only refund the cost of delivery if the goods are found to be faulty. I suggest that you use registered mail to return goods, as I cannot accept any liability for goods lost or damaged during transit.
I make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible, however, please note that due to the use of leather, natural variations may occur where there may be unforeseen colour, texture or shade differences from the image portrayed within the items description. In respect of colours and shades of leather, it is virtually impossible to be 100% accurate, as these will vary on different monitors. If you require clarification, please contact me at email@example.com with your address, and I will be happy to mail you a sample.
I predominantly work with natural materials which are leather and cork. Whilst these materials are selected for their strength and durability, they are not high performance materials and care will need to be taken in both their maintenance and usage. Please get in touch to discuss the care and maintenance of your chosen material.
