How can I pay?
All payments via our website are made securely, via Paypal or Wix Payments.

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes. Please use our contact page to enquire about charges and we will normally reply within 24 hours. If you order your product before contacting us, a seperate Paypal invoice will be sent for the cost of shipping via your registered email address.

What if I would like one of your products in a different size?
All of our products are handmade to order, so we would be more than happy to alter sizes to provide exactly what you would like. Please use our contact page to send your enquiry.

Do you offer any guarantee on your items?
Yes, we offer an 18 month guarantee on all leather purchases over £100.00 We have every confidence in our craftsmanship, however, if in the rare event a fault occurs we will repair the item free of charge within this time frame. Please note this does not include general wear and tear such as marks and scratches. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, goods can be exchanged or refunded if returned in an unused and undamaged condition up to 14 days following delivery. This applied to stock items only, as bespoke & personalised orders cannot be returned.

How do I track my order?
Once your item is dispatched, we will email you confirmation of this, together with tracking information. You can either contact the courier with this information, or contact us to find out progress on your behalf.
All of our UK shipments are made via Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
From order to receipt will take no longer than 10 days, with the exception of special commissions, which are dependant on materials required.

What are your workshop opening times?
Monday - Closed
Tuesday - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Wednesday - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Thursday - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Friday - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Saturday - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday - Closed
Occasionally I may be out of the workshop due to meetings or deliveries, if you are making a special trip please contact me in advance to ensure I am there.
